Cadox M-50a by Akzo Nobel is a highly reactive methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) catalyst designed for the room temperature cure of promoted unsaturated polyester resins. It is suitable for heat curing unpromoted resins at elevated temperatures and is known for providing faster gel times in various resin systems due to its high MEKP content.
